2. Emory was ranked 32 5 years ago, schools fluctuate, no one cares.

I just like it because 0Ls looking to validate attending non-T14s at sticker will now qualify the 'T18' as 'T18 - WUSTL'FuManChusco wrote:baller status... and so outrageously meaningless.stratocophic wrote:Pictured: WUSTL stylin' on the T18.

Rankings seem pretty useless after the T17.ArthurDigbySellers wrote:I honestly cannot fathom how Minnesota bested BU in this year's rankings. It's got to be the law library. Minnesota has a huge one and BU's is a relative joke.
The T13 are, historically, the best 13 law schools in the nation. It is an institution, well-known among law professors and hiring partners, that is unlikely to be breached anytime soon.mistergoft wrote:You guys are totally on your way to the T13romothesavior wrote:OMG GUYS WUSTL MOVED UP TO 18!

I'm not talking about their utility, I'm just wondering about what metric put Minnesota over the edge.FiveSermon wrote:Rankings seem pretty useless after the T17.ArthurDigbySellers wrote:I honestly cannot fathom how Minnesota bested BU in this year's rankings. BU also games the rankings. they embedded books inside the walls, every 6 feet, and in the foundation. this way the entire campus counts as a "library".ArthurDigbySellers wrote:I honestly cannot fathom how Minnesota bested BU in this year's rankings. I heard about that as well. Along with the US flag. In fact, I think they're becoming their own country and breaking away from the continental US to become an island nation next to Cuba.maglialoro wrote:lisjjen wrote:You mean their NLJ 250 numbers? Thats true..no state tax, no local taxes, no property taxes and I think they are getting rid of federal taxes as well
What else did you expect out of a shitty magazine?rman1201 wrote:wtf... why is all the employment data available still only for c/o 2008???????????????

Would like to know this also. Texas has lower medians, lower employment statistics, and less prestige.SirWilliam1022 wrote:Can somebody post a before picture of Japan and title it UC Davis
Then do an after picture of Japan and title it Emory
Thanks!
P.S. - I was hoping Northwestern would jump past Duke, but much the opposite occurred. Thoughts on this? I noticed Duke's admit numbers were actually considerably better which is weird to me because nobody seems to talk up Duke much. They have a good rep, but also a rep as a frat school. Also, what the f--- happened to Berkeley?
Also... how the f--- did Texas jump into a tie with Georgetown when their admit numbers are fairly lower, employment numbers are relatively the same. Am I missing something there?
Tax law is probably not a good choice for you.maglialoro wrote:lisjjen wrote:You mean their NLJ 250 numbers?
