OP. Go study. What happened to your momentum? You're potentially throwing tens of thousands of dollars down the drain for no good reason.

You should be able to pick up about where you left offLwoods1020 wrote:Just how can I study after 3 months of not?
You may be rusty at first but LSAT skills are not easily forgotten.

Best of luck, OP! I started studying again after 14 months of being off, and it all came back rather quickly. I wanted to quit after my first few LG's, but you'll be right back where you were in no time! Just stick with it!

My practice exam score for the last few days is 159 : is it possible to get it up to a 163-165 for the Feb LSAT ?

Not if you spend the whole period asking if something is possible instead of getting to work. Stop being needy, and start getting it done.Lwoods1020 wrote:My practice exam score for the last few days is 159 : is it possible to get it up to a 163-165 for the Feb LSAT ?

Sure, it's possible. It's possible you'll get a 180. It's possible you'll get a 120. How likely it is depends on a lot of stuff anonymous strangers on the internet can't really judge for you: your strengths and weaknesses, study habits, time management, ability to focus under stress, etc.
I will say a 4 point jump for a retest isn't uncommon, so there is that.

I need someone else's opinion before I pay 240 bucks to retake.TheSpanishMain wrote:Lwoods1020 wrote:I am at work where I can't study anyway hahaPepperJack wrote:Not if you spend the whole period asking if something is possible instead of getting to work. Re: I don't know what to do
So $240 bucks is a game changer, but not $100k in non-dischargable debt, because the $240 affects you now while 100k in 3 years is monopoly money? Hmmmmm. Why wear a condom when it's an inconvenience now, and an STD or pregnancy doesn't matter because that won't affect you for weeks, maybe even months.

Ok, then...
Verily, I hereby bless you with my endorsement of a retake. Go forth, my child, and avoid ruinous debt by retaking the LSAT. Consult the tomes of repeater data, where it shall be revealed to you that it is likely you will improve, although by how much remains shrouded in mystery.
