4 years? Am I missing something? Joint degree? Typo?
no sorry, typo. 3 years. they offered in-state tuition (which I didn't know was a thing if you're not actually in-state, so that was cool) and then offered 20k per year in scholarship after that. so the offer is about 36k per year for 3 years, and about 147k in total.

36 * 3 = 108. What is this 147k figure you're mentioning? Maybe I'm missing something.

you're right. I just re-did it. their out-of-state tuition is 49,244 and they're giving me in state at 36,162 which would leave 16082. 16082+20,000 in scholarship is 36,082. and then 36,802*3 is 108,246, like you said. I probably should go to bed lol. but anyway at uva even with scholarship I'd pay around 25k in tuition/fees per year whereas at ut, as things are it would only be about 13k per year in tuition. but from what everyone's saying I guess there's a good chance all of this will change anyway. so I guess I'm too early.

The fact that this hasn't been done is mind boggling to me
