I will give you that. I'm interested in such things and pushed that interest on to OP because I am envious of OP's position. Obviously I posted originally because the history related graduate programs at W&M are extremely preftigious to people that may give a hoot about such things. Probably should have known OP likely doesn't give a hoot about such things. I do find it humorous dude with that name, picture, and location reference claims to not give a hoot about the past.

Then just go to the history program. The combination of a JD/MA would likely do dick for you except drain more of your money.

What do you mean you're envious of the OP? You too could cop a prestigious JD/MA from William and Mary. All you need is like a 165 and a pulse. If you have a real GPA I'm sure you could get in with lower. It's not hard.

If you're envious of the OP's full ride, don't be, the OP doesn't have one.

JD/MA in History from W&M sounds useful if you hope to teach a History of Magic one day at Hogwarts, but that's all I can think of

OP, I don't love either of these scenarios. UVA isn't worth sticker and I don't know if I'd attend W&M even for free. You should be able to have some more options if you hit UVA. Did you not apply to Washington and Lee?

Why are you always so pissed? Relax, buddy.

Anyway, for someone who routinely goes HAM when you think someone is giving bad advice, I'm not sure why you think W&L > W&M. W&M has better Big Law numbers and less underemployment (although they do have a lot of school funded jobs.)
