If penn is not 3 then duke is 6

Duke is 4 is mich is 7 but not otherwise

Schools are not better or worse than each other in a vacuum. For one person Duke will be a better choice, for another person Northwestern would be a better choice. This has been explained to you many times. To answer your questions, you need to provide the following information:
