Negotiation Question: Should I go ahead and try to negotiate with Duke with my Chicago offer (and maybe my Vanderbilt Offer(?), not a peer school though..), or should I wait and see if Penn sends some money within the next couple of weeks? Deposit deadline is April 25th.
