If your choice was between t14 with some money vs. WUSTL full ride, would you choose t14 with some money? If so, retake seems like a better idea.

WUSTL full > Anything below CCN with $$
Depends on how debt-adverse you are. Personally, I'd much rather have the improved chances of a job+debt in a location that I liked better than the chance of unemployed+no debt.
