Have you tried negotiating for more $$? My GPA and LSAT are both lower then yours and I was able to land $33,000 p/yr from Cardozo. With your numbers, none of those seem like good options.

So i'll just echo what others have been saying---take a year off and retake if possible.

Boston College is the best school out of these. It's amazing and you can talk to hot girls and tell them you go to BC Law and they'll be extremely impressed. If you were to tell them Harvard, they would think that you're a serious nerd with no life. Go to Boston College, man! It's going to be a blast except for thinking about the loans.
