If they put ASU at number ten, it's still not T14. T14 is an internet thing and it's set in stone.

Do you think that the internet is behind the consistent ranking of top 14 in USNWR?

Not really. USNWRs has a feedback loop. Students are hyper-concerned with rankings and go to the highest school they get. So they get the better students.

Also a big chunk is based on what academics think. Which doesn't change.
