Yeah, I hate to fall into the trap of getting annoyed when someone's wrong on the internet but anyone who has any remote idea of what they're talking about understands that there is a difference between NC and SC. You can even see it on the medians on the highway.

Serious answer: every T14 school, with the possible exception of Michigan, places its graduates disproportionately into NYC and DC. UT is a regional school. That isn't to say that UT isn't perhaps a much safer choice than GULC. But it's not in the position to be a T14 school and probably never will be (If any up-and-coming LS could displace Gtown, it's probably Vanderbilt).
