Iowa $$$ or half tuition at Minnesota. I was lucky to get those offers based on my middling LSAT, and I'm on the Vandy waitlist now, so I don't know if they'll give me any merit aid.

Depends on where you ultimately want to practice. Given that you were admitted to Minnesota, I would pretty much forget about Iowa. If you want to work in the upper-midwest, I would take Minnesota over Vandy. If you are more inclined to work in NYC, South, or Mid-Atlantic, I would take Vandy.
