Interesting to note NY bar passage rates amongst the T14... not necessarily what you would expect. I wish US news would use these on a 5 yr rolling window or something to get a better sample, but I think there is some statistical significance particularly looking at Michigan's unexpectedly low rate.

What is going on with W&L?? It's got to be some sort of diabolical sabotage.

W&L historically was ahead of Will and Mary but the gap between them is growing according to US News. I think thats more a flaw with US news than with the school itself which is very solid. That new 3L curriculum may have scared the rankings people for whatever reason.

I think it's hilarious that the former dean who got everyone to sign on board bailed before it was fully implemented. I wonder if in 50 years, W&L will have gone the way of Cumberland Law.

GW hasn't removed it's PT program; they have reduced the size for this fall but that wouldn't have an impact on 2010 rankings... Without looking into the details of the rankings, I'm assuming Fordham's drop has more to do with employment statistics (rescinded offers in NYC market, etc).

I attribute GW's rise (again) to the removal of their PT program. There. I said it.

I was surprised at the big boost of Loyola Chicago and it is ahead of Kent as well as the huge drop in rankings of DePaul.

Maybe Hudson News should benefit from this, seeing as the rankings have been leaked two years in a row anyway and how hysterical TLSers get. 5 leaked magazines in 5 major cities.
