Once the scam artists running it realize that the upside is gone, they'll head back to the more comfortable world of accredited academia and Indiana Tech Law School will rightly take its place in the dustbin of history.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) -- A new Indiana law school is about to be formally dedicated.

Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne will dedicate its new law school Sept. 14. The speakers will include Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller and Frank Easterbrook, chief judge of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.

Indiana Tech announced plans for the law school in May 2011. The charter class of law students began classes Aug. 26.

Indiana Tech President Arthur Snyder will formally invest the law school's founding dean, Peter Alexander, with the title of vice president and dean of the law school. Alexander began his duties in January 2012.

The fact that Easterbrook spoke at Indy Tech makes me lose a little respect for him.

Unless Indy Tech is paying him lots and lots of money to speak there, which makes economic sense for Easterbrook. I mean, he is probably the highest caliber speaker that will ever speak at that school. And we dont even know what he talked about, he probably made a whole economic analysis on why attending that school was a poor choice.
