Why would it fold!? It's got 37 chumps paying thousands of dollars. It probably costs next to nothing to run. A few profs, MC Dean probably doubles as one, a few staff, a shitty building on the IndyTech campus that costs nothing because it's Fort Wayne.
No, they'll keep it running as long as the cash comes in.

But how much are they actually paying? Tuition is only $29,000, and I guarantee you that effective tuition is nowhere near that. And the school probably has to service the debt they took on to build the place. Tuition will have to be so severely discounted that I doubt this school ever makes any money. Once the scam artists running it realize that the upside is gone, they'll head back to the more comfortable world of accredited academia and Indiana Tech Law School will rightly take its place in the dustbin of history.

I found a picture of the building on GIS:
Oh wait, that's a $26,000 50x100 steel building on E-bay, so you could do 1L at Indiana Tech, or get one of those.

TCR is to buy the 50x100 steel building and then use it to start your own law school.

Indiana Tech to dedicate new law school Sept. 14
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) -- A new Indiana law school is about to be formally dedicated.
Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne will dedicate its new law school Sept. 14. The speakers will include Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller and Frank Easterbrook, chief judge of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
Indiana Tech announced plans for the law school in May 2011. The charter class of law students began classes Aug. 26.
Indiana Tech President Arthur Snyder will formally invest the law school's founding dean, Peter Alexander, with the title of vice president and dean of the law school. Alexander began his duties in January 2012.

While I didn't see this scrolling through the new posts, I would assume that many have seen this. But just in case you were wondering what Dean Alexander was up to this time...
http://abovethelaw.com/2013/09/dean-of- ... n-tuition/
I feel like this quote from the Dean speaks volumes, to say the least:
“You see, people may write things about us,” Alexander said. “They may blog about us. They might even insist that they know where we are coming from and what really we are about. I can’t do anything about that and neither can you. Their slings and arrows are crafted in the darkness of ignorance and they take aim in the green eye called envy. But I’m really not worried about those people.
I have a higher calling.”

He went there.

180. 180. 180. First the implicit reference to this thread (or maybe the other blogs that make fun of him), then the anti-bullying metaphor, and then saying that people envy Indiana Tech school of law. To top it all off, he's on a mission from god to satisfy the entry level legal services needs of the Greater Fort Wayne Metropolitan Area, or as many affectionately call it, the GFWMA.

Unless Indy Tech is paying him lots and lots of money to speak there, which makes economic sense for Easterbrook. I mean, he is probably the highest caliber speaker that will ever speak at that school. And we dont even know what he talked about, he probably made a whole economic analysis on why attending that school was a poor choice.

lol Hamdi was literally the first case we covered in Civ Pro. I understand this guy's point but he was a little off base there.
Don't let that distract from the important fact that INDIANA TECH IS A SCAM THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT A JOB.

In a shocking development, local media has no idea whats going on with law schools.

I'm guessing most of them were in North Korea.
