People here hate Gtown. I'm guessing T13. Realistically Georgetown is already half way between DNC and UVT.

The USNWR debate is nothing if not intriguing; however, it also reminds me of one of my favorite stories, that of the emperor and his imaginary clothes. Will it really take a precocious child in the crowd to point out what everybody already implicitly recognizes?

If you guys think that firms make any distinction between N/D and C/G you've got another think coming. Sorry you couldn't get into a better school brosephs.

employment data from 2007, 2008, and 2009 would seem to suggest otherwise... although I'm admittedly giving duke the benefit of the doubt and assuming their clerkship numbers make up for their lower employment #'s

Edit: Also, my post was about how I tend to see it, in other words the ranking in my head I'm using to help make decisions about where to go to school. While how firms view these different schools is an important factor, it isn't the end all in my little personal ranking.

Hiriing data suggests its HYS >CCN > PMVBNDC > G for the years running up to 2009. In 2009 all the schools took a hit (because of 2L SA's not being offered full time positions), and GULC didn't take as much of a hit(because DC firms did well), and placed as well as the rest. But from the OCI rumors, they'll take a hit.

They are both awesome. And Penn is not better everywhere else but the south than UVA, NYC, yea it is, but UVA is still really good

I suspect km could even get into a bit of a bidding war between P and V

Yeah, if you get V's attention enough, I'm pretty sure P will step it up to match.

This should increase his chances at both this cycle. Maybe he can snag both in one go.

I think in the end, V will be more than happy to have him in their halls, and P will be bitter and moping.

Ideally I'd bag V, P, and B.
