So much for undergrad not mattering. It seems like you have to go to Berkeley UG to improve your chances of going to law school.

FWIW, Berkeley UG doesn't help much either.

Well, it does in the sense that there are a plethora of excellent LSAT prep courses in Berk, as well as countless study groups one could join.

At my UG the only LSAT course was Kaplan, and almost nobody actively prepared for the LSAT. The mentality there is just to show up for the GRE/LSAT/GMAT cold and whichever one you do the best on is where you do your grad studies.

Just wanted to let you know that this tool is now updated again with fresh data from the California Bar site.

That means http://californiabar.globl.org/ again has (for the moment) a complete view of the California Bar membership.

This includes:

• 228,654 member records (163,533 currently active)
• 15,914 Hastings alumni
• Graduates of 337 different law schools and 1,721 undergraduate institutions
• 35,300 organizations/firms (not counting small private practices)

Hope this is still useful.
