What about schools like Boston College that have like 38% of grads go BigLaw? It would seem like if you're in the top 3rd of your class you'd have a good shot.

Based on a quick glimpse on LSN, for my GPA, not really. Even people with LSATs in mid-170s or higher with a similar GPA are only getting a little. For example, for mid-170s + my GPA it looks like $45k is the common amount. Someone had a 177 + my GPA and got $75k.
You still potentially have other t14 options. Don't be gloomy yet

I think you need to get a better handle on what your ideal career trajectory would look like. To me, pushing paper at a big law firm for five years and then deciding "Ok, time to protect people's civil liberties!" sounds like an implausible path to take.

UCLA: 45%
UT: 42%
Boston C: 41%
Notre Dame: 40%
USC: 38%

As a URM, you're basically guranteed money at one of the T14, but yeah it may not be alot. But probably looking at 100K+ at some T25,

Retake though for real and wait a year. Here is a 3.6/170 URM with a Dillard to UVA. With a 3.4/172, that could be you....
