SLU, or any other T3 should not even be in consideration. Bro's got a 3.9x 167+. A guaranteed internship with the county attorney's office is NOT the difference-maker here.
Sounds like OP had a bad cycle. Another year, another retake, and he will in all likelihood self-correct and be looking at $$$ from T14's.

Re: T3 (Free) vs. Northwestern (150k)
Does the 150k factor in living expenses or solely loans?

I agree. The schools are less than 15 minutes from one another, so I was wondering how COA could be different when OPs tuition costs were the same.WhiskeyAndCupcakes wrote:From what I understand, taking out COL debt at WashU (which, with a little bit of savings and frugal living, could possibly be under $60K) is worth it over SLU. The flexibility alone-- both in terms of job outcomes and geography-- would be worth some debt to me. But, that's a personal decision.Jay2716 wrote:Why would your COA be 0 at SLU but 70k at WUSTL when you have a full ride at both?

He said 70k debt for the WUSTL full ride so I think he's including everything. Given that, I think the 150K at NU is a pretty awesome outcome, must have got pretty substantial scholly.bjsesq wrote:Does the 150k factor in living expenses or solely loans?
