Duke. Their employment rates are abysmal. That may have to do with the fact that more people are gunning for PI, but it is too much of an uncerainty. Plus Duke standard of living is superior.

Disclaimer: I really dislike GeorgeTTTown. They are trying too hard to be Harvard.
