Also, any insight of taking a year off but fear of losing already great scholarship offers?

Like say i did retake, did NOT improve my score, would i be losing out on the money I already got/ would it negatively affect my applications next year if I did have to reapply?

No. People reapply all the time. That said, if you didn't improve your score then your scholarship offers would probably be the same.
