Seriously. Starting at Emory this fall and living in Atlanta definitely played a (small) factor in my decision.

You can even buy alcohol on Sundays during certain hours! No more dry Superbowl Sundays because you forgot to go to the store!

Pro move-> Don't schedule Sunday brunch before 12:30 if you want to drink. No boozing til church lets out.

I had a Georgian friend in college in who kept forgetting that (in South Carolina) you can't buy alcohol on Sundays, so I would stockpile his favorite liquor and sell it to him at exorbitant markup every week. No joke. Don't judge.

Haha, It's still cheaper and less trouble than a border trip!
