Congratulations on the scholarship, first off! But honestly, my friend, if your mortgage is getting messy and you're hoping to retire before you're 70, these are not the schools for you. You got a mediocre score the first time, but just think what could happen if you did just a little better? You could go to Memphis or Ole Miss for free! You could go to Vanderbilt or Texas! Hell, you could go to Virginia or Georgetown! Man, your whole life could change just by studying your ass off for the rest of summer. You could be raking in 160,000 dollars a year at some insane gig, pay off your house, and move you and your wife to a beach somewhere to spend the rest of your days. Doesn't that sound worth it? Doesn't that sound like it's worth a shot?

Take the cheapest option between these two. Without a doubt. Keep your total debt under $25k.
