If I were to increase my LSAT to a 166 (4 points) how reasonable of an expectation would it be for a full ride? Teaching did not allow me to study for the LSAT like I should have.

I am down to SLU and WUSTL... If WUSTL would give me at least 1/2 tuition that would be my landing ground.

On a tangent, would it be better to be at SLU where the competition may not be as tough in order to set me up to be closer to the top of the class?
Re-take in June and see if you can use it to up your scholarship at UNC and get $ at WUSTL. If you can get up to 168-170, WUSTL should give you $$.

Don't expect it to be easy to be top of your class at SLU. There will be plenty of intelligent people there and outcomes on law school exams are unpredictable. They are very different than typical exams or writing exercises in college and the grading is really subjective.

Telecaster: Like I said, good luck at ND. If law school doesn't work out, you will have a promising career in UI's recruiting office.

LOL @ rando 0L who's never been to St. Louis telling us how the market will open like a flower for an Iowa JD. Also how the national schools are the T14, Wash U, and ND. I guess UT and Vandy can sit their regional asses out while the real powerhouses battle for national superiority.
