The other source is data our firm purchases for hiring and other strategic initiatives.
??? The state graduates an "undersupply" of lawyers only in relative context to available legal positions in the State. No need to debate that point here. I don't work for UNLV, the Chamber of Commerce, or any other Tourism entity in Nevada. We are getting tangential to OP's actual question which was never debating where he would get legal employment.
The calculus remains: (1) Retake, retake, retake; (2) If adamant about not retaking then focus on COA; (3) consider COA within geographic preference; and (4) factor in the context of employment options, externship possibilities, etc. if not tied to any particular geography.
My only preference when advising OL's is that if not going to a T14 then focus should be on the #1 feeder school in an urban market where you can leverage externships during the school year that would otherwise be ultra-competitive during the summer.
