Edit: I only bring up VLS because you want to end up back on the east coast and I highly recommend this programI certainly enjoyed it! Some of what I took there: Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law, Ocean and Coastal Law, Land Use, Wetlands Policy, Watershed Management, Clean Water Act (yes a class dedicated to JUST the CWA -which is also a summer class **taught by an EPA lawyer**)
