Use your last retake. Even 165 might give you T14 options with a 3.9.

OP don't be lazy. Your GPA suggests you are better than that. Retake and go to UMich.

Agreed. Retake in October. You have a lot to gain and nothing to lose.

I don't see why you can't hit ~170 by October. My K-JD friend applied in December last year and got a full ride to UMinn with a 168 and 3.92 along with a couple other T14 sticker options.
Don't settle for your current LSAT score if you're going to give it another shot this next cycle anyway! ;)
