Hah... this is absurd. LSAT scores only predict first year performance with like a 20% accuracy. There is a video with UVA's dean talking about this in some dark corner of the net.

I'd say USC. Also, with less people applying to law schools now I can see how a 161 with a high GPA can get in. And it is definitely not true that a 161 will get destroyed.

Work your butt off. Fear of being unemployed can be a great motivator to work hard.
