ND will not shut you out of Texas, and from what I have heard it is looked on quite favorably. UT floods Texas, SMU/Baylor/Houston are all looked on the same level. ND adds variety, and firms like that. The argument that hardly any Texas firms go to OCI at ND and therefore you're shut out does not make since. I've spoken to partners at AK-Dallas and VE-Houston who both said that because they do not do OCI at ND, having a SA from ND helps them get an "in" to the school, and thus helps them recruit better talent from ND.Lvaughn714 wrote:I picked schools in areas where I have family and have spent some time there. Also south tx and Houston are both upper 20s assuming no scholarship comes
