Thanks again-
TLS has certainly been useful for me this cycle. Glad to join the GWU Law class of 2015!
From my interaction with you for all of 5 posts, it sounds like you deserve this epic shortchanging of yourself.kcirdor01 wrote:I find it funny that you guys all want to be lawyers but are incapable of comprehending a one page contract.![]()

kcirdor01 wrote:It was clearly a hypothetical. While I do have the current option of paying sticker at UVA/NYU, I've not yet been accepted to HLS. What else should I expect from a bunch of arrogant, irrationally overconfident TLSers..
A person willing to blindly borrow 200k in Nnondischargeable debt to pay for degree which guarantees you NO financial benefit obviously has no understanding of the current (and future) economic realities which industrialized nations will undoubtedly face in coming years.
Thanks for the support though.
You guys are great!

Stop trying to rationalize this and just admit you fucked up.kcirdor01 wrote:Take a look at HLS's generous financial aid offerings:

According to this, the maximum grant amount is $18,500/yr. Even if you're expected family contribution is $0 (which it won't be) you'd only be given $18,500. This means you must borrow around $50k/year. $50k X 3 years equals at least $150k borrowed for law school.
I think it's time that some of you TLSers stop being naive and start to look at the real world.
