If you can do better on the LSAT, you might at least be able to convince one of these schools to remove the scholarship stipulations. Otherwise, I would say that you should assume you <b>will</b> lose your scholarship by 2L, and base your decision on the value of paying sticker at those schools for the last 2 years.

By retaking you could potentially save yourself over $100K in debt. Unless you are sure you would make $100K your first year out of law school (and at those schools that will be tough), it seems like waiting and retaking is the best option.
