Pretty much every major player in the sports industry who went to law school graduated from CCNMVPB. As a sports nut, I've looked into this. Just a few I know off the top of my head:
David Stern (NBA)- Columbia
Adam Silver (NBA Dep Commish)- UChicago
Gary Bettman (NHL)- NYU
Paul Tagliabue (former NFL commish, Goodell has no JD)- NYU
Don Garber (MLS does that count?)- UC-Berkeley Boalt
Tim Finchem (PGA)- UVA
Demaurice Smith (NFLPA)- UVA
Mike Slive (SEC athletics)- UVA
Bowie Kuhn (former MLB Commish)- UVA
Those are just the ones I know off the top of my head, pardon the UVA bias. But as said earlier in the thread, most start off in big law anyway.

Re: Entertainment/Sports Law
Not a real field of law. Just like the international practice area that undergrads are brainwashed with. Put "international" in front of a course name and all the sudden the course is forward looking.
It is like going to school planning to be the next president, senator or congressman. That's fine, but you better have some great connections.
