Some other pro's and cons
Pro's
Mich: higher ranking, P/F legal writing, built in community of the lawyer's club and it's convenience, better LRAP that covers private sector jobs, I like ann arbor (don't know about durham, haven't visited), assuming I can cancel the lease it is 6k cheaper based off the estimates from each school.
Duke: Weather, cheaper flights home, more lay prestige, small class size, better rep in target area, good bball team
Con's
Mich:Weather, can't have a car the first year (though this saves money so it is not all bad)
Duke: Graded Legal writing, southern markets are suffering really badly recently
I am very conflicted still...
