It depends where you want to work. All schools below the top 14 are regional. The further away from the T14 you go, the more regional the school becomes. I would focus less on what type of practice area/programs you are interested in and more on where you want to work (and where you currently have connections).

The problem with threads like these is that people guess based on their numbers or their other admissions that they'll get substantial scholarships at T3's or whatever. Fact is, there are lots of schools out there that don't give full rides, and even the ones that do may not give one to you. All the speculation is for not if you don't actually have the cash offer in hand.
