You're a 0L. What basis do you have for this? It seems like the people who I know that go into biglaw say it's hard work, but it's not terrible and they enjoy it.

Long-time girlfriend was an associate at Irell & Manella. I spent a lot of time with her colleagues (social events, etc.), watching the new 1L's come in and observed the biglaw culture like a fly on the wall. I'm not saying it's this way for everyone, but I think many would agree with my observations.
