Besides, 123 placed -> 86 placed, with no corresponding decrease in class size, sounds like an ass-kicking to me, especially for the most expensive school in the T14.
This is what i'm saying, can you actually confirm that there was a change from 123 placements to 86 placements in the recent OCI?

It was on above the law. I'd go find the link, but I'm running on an average of 4 hours of sleep since Monday, and I'm not in the mood.
