Meh, I used to live in Chicago. And I was actually there for a few days this past January. It's not THAT bad. TBF though, I did remember thinking it was pretty mild when I was there (~45 degrees).

On the other hand, I'm SURE he would highly recommend a school like The New York University School of Law.
Way to miss the key word of the title.

So basically, he is saying it has improved

It's THAT bad. You just don't appreciate how awful it is, because you're from there, so you're used to it. It's like when I see people in DC wearing jackets when the temperature dips below 88 degrees.

Chicago is New York's ugly step-sister. Also, Chicago is like American Car companies: old, played out, and out of new tricks.

I was going to link you to the "NYers, get over yourselves" thread, but the search function isn't working.

CLS is an over-ranked degree-mill.

I see, the "over ranked" and "degree-mill" are mutually exclusive. Thanks for clarifying.

Chicago sucks because of the quarter system and the ridiculous grading. WTF is a 155 - 186?

NYU is clearly superior. Chicago has good numbers for clerkships and shit because it feeds to all the shitty conservative judges who no one wants to clerk for anyway.
