You tell'm...scrowell wrote:hey man, i appreciate your input, but honestly, i'm not too worried about that. everyone always said high school is a lot of work. it wasn't. everyone said college is a lot of work. it wasn't. AND.......disco_barred wrote:On the off chance you're not a flame:
1) Law school is hard, the legal job market sucks, first year grades are critical to many desirable employment outcomes, and all class are curved such that there will always be a fixed ratio of winners and losers
2) All law schools have a damn near identical first year curriculum, taught by professors who went to Yale* and teach in the exact same method, with the exact same exams, from the exact same coursebooks.
*For the sake of this advice, assume that Yale means Yale, Harvard, Stanford, or possible a T14 / the law school itself
So, in sum,
1) If you go to law school to chill/slack it will be an unmitigated, expensive disaster
and
2) There are no slacker law schools.
HTH.

Thanks man. yeah i'm like top 40% in my class, and that's like the 58th percentile for the LSATs, so yeah, I plan on staying just ahead of the curve for my law school career, and my real career as well.Azmatt wrote: You tell'm...
They were wrong about HS.. They were wrong about College (Good job on the 3.13 brah!). They were wrong about the LSAT being hard.. oh wait...153....

And I expect updates from all of my new friends here too. This place is built on love and friendship, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Cheers.Azmatt wrote:Never stop posting.

Then, of your choices, I'd say go with New York Law School. Judge Judy went there. She doesn't seem to work hard and she's a judge.scrowell wrote:AND FOR ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED, MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO BE A JUDGE ONE DAY. ANY ADDITIONAL INPUT IS MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!!!!!!
