Georgetown, easy. If you want to work in Texas, go to UT. Their alumni network is amazing and they like their own. OUtside of Texas, UT is just another giant state school that focuses more on football than academics.

To a lesser extent. Texas carries a bit of a stigma in the northeast, rightly or wrongly.

This is a tough one.
I'm in the camp where I actually think the T14 is underrated on here. Go to the T14 no matter what unless there is a strong regional school in the area you want to practice that offers you significantly more money. If you wanted to practice in Texas, UT would be a no-brainer, but the name on your degree stays with you your entire career. If you want to get into government, Georgetown is the better choice, especially if your 'rents are going to help you out a bit.
But yes, Barton Creek is awesome.

Also, I vote that you see if GT will match UT or at least give you some money. That way you can at least give them a chance. If they don't or can't then pack your bags for austin
