It is, but it's still #4 in NYC. Cardozo turned in a respectable NLJ250 placement performance in 2009 (19.5% percent, up from 12% in 2005), and it does seem the school has outpaced Brooklyn, but the relative hierarchy hasn't changed.

I have always thought (ever since I have followed law school placement) that Fordham is the 3rd best LS in NYC, and it is also one of the best LSs outside the T14.
