If NYU had a badass campus like that in the middle of Greenwich Village it would trash Columbia.

There should be certain criteria that law school buildings must adhere to in order to get ABA status...or the design should factor into law school rankings as much as LSAT scores.

Have you been to Lewis and Clark? I haven't had a chance to visit -- I'm in Michigan. But is it really as awesome as the pictures suggest?

No unfortunately I have not been able to get up there yet...I just stalk schools online and try to find pics by regular people who did get the chance to visit. It makes it easier to get the real perspective

Oh well, I was waiting to hear that being located on the edge of 600 acres of forest was a majestic feeling. They say the plant kingdom can lift up your spirits when you're feeling stressed, so I'm hoping that would be a benefit during exam period.

I suppose you have a lot of experience in that type of environment when you go off your meds and sell yourself on the street corner for $5?EmmyD wrote:Penn Law's classrooms look like cheap hotel ballrooms used for weddings and peed on by drunk family members.

I think UMich Law Library trumps anyone else for the Hogwarts debate.

Yeah, but that's only the part of the law library you see when you enter the building. Go downstairs, and the carpet is this ugly green (in my opinion) and it doesn't do the rest of the building justice.

Michigan's is wowtastic, but my god, how about some privacy? Looks like a bar exam room...

I look forward to the day (if it ever comes) that WashU becomes as good as it looks.

Mich and Uwash libraries are beeeeautiful, but I also think they're annoyingly open. You can see what everyone else is doing across the room.
I prefer my libraries to have nooks and crannies.

Our reading room is open to undergrads.
Some might find that appealing. I don't.
