The employer type categories (law firm, public interest, government, clerkships, academia, and business) regard only the type of employer, not the kind of work you're doing, either by licensing requirements or substance.
This means that an attorney practicing workers' compensation can be in any of the categories. Classification only depends on who the person works for.
