No, they won't. Rising from 95 to 82 in rankings is meaningless to any employer. This will have absolutely no impact on the employment prospects of graduates.

I would also like to hear some more discussion on the UIUC drop. Is it a big deal? Should one not even consider going there next year?

It's a big deal. I head employers in Illinois are refusing to hire their grads. Chicago employers are pulling out of OCI in droves.
