3.74 versus 3.75?

Hi,
I have the chance this summer to take an online class and raise my gpa from a 3.74 to a 3.75 before I apply in the fall. I guess I have this idea that applications are separated into, for instance, a 3.5-3.74 pile and a 3.75+ pile. The class is however expensive so I'm trying to gage whether paying for it this summer is worth it.
So anyone's opinion?

I wouldn't recommend it for such a small difference. If it pulled you above a median somewhere or were a more significant difference I'd say it's worth it, but AFAIK this won't be likely to help you anywhere. Better to spend your time studying for the LSAT and prepping your apps.

Eh. How loaded is your family? How easy would the class be to pass?
While your 3.74/3.75 theory probably doesn't carry any weight, any bump to your GPA is technically good. I wouldn't take this class in lieu of an interesting or lucrative internship or associate position, but if you can do it along with working, why not?
I think 3.75 is substantively different from 3.7, but not from 3.74.
