Ugh. That's exactly what I got Monday. I was like... everyone seems to says they called... and my best friend from high school who is almost done with her second year there said they called her when she got in... but maybe they got lazy? No. Viewbook.

I think this is my punishment for turning them down last minute for undergrad... they're stringing me along as payback...

So, my app went complete at the beginning of Feb. I did not even get an email saying "we have received your application" or whatevs. OMG! Am I that low in priority? DO they just like totally hate me? I am super sad/hyperventilating. This happened to anyone else? :?

Shortly after submitting my app via LSAC I recieve an email saying:

This acknowledges receipt of your 2013 application for admission to the University of Richmond School of Law.

Upon receipt of your CAS Report from LSAC, your file will be ready for review. We will notify you via email should there be any missing materials needed. Please be sure you have requested Dean's Certifications from each school you have attended. Should you need a copy of the form, it is available on our website. Once the review process has been completed, you will be notified of our decision.

I think that you should have received this and, if you haven't, you should contact admissions.

Finally got in today! I submitted my app in early November and was worried I went somewhere wrong in it because my numbers are 168 / 3.0, so I'm very happy to have finally been admitted!

It's funny how some of us will know each other from the internet before we are classmates.

Got a call offering me admission on friday. I was told that I'd receive an email and then details would follow in regular mail. I know the regular mail will take time but I haven't even received an email confirmation yet. I know the number belongs to the school so I'm sure its not fake, but I should have received an email by now.

Any suggestions??? I'm so anxious.

First, just relax.

Then email or call the dean, she is very easy to get in contact with.

Gratz on your acceptance.

Thanks dirtrida2 and congrats to you too. I know its probably going to be ok but I want the proof in my hand. I think I'll wait today and see if something comes.

For those who got in, how long did you have to wait since complete? Or under review?

I asked her if I would receive an email or regular mail. She clarified that first I would get an email then regular mail.

I was offered $25,000. Has anyone had success negotiating with Richmond?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
