Ahhh, that makes sense, I've talked to a lot of people with the same "any ls will do" mentality. Usually have that hilarious joke about the lawyer that was last in his class on deck too. Oh I did and ended up getting a better recommender (I think).
It's funny, but he was really trying to help me in his own way. Basically said I should take a class bc I'm good in a classroom. The TTT thing was bc he wanted to know I was committed and not just gunning. Most of our profs come from an age where going to any ls was a sure shot to succeed and my UG has like no infrastructure/advice for having kids go to law school despite having a lawl school. so he was giving advice from that standpoint, I think, where it's better to go to any LS than not LS.
