I feel like typing this out will reduce some stress so here goes. These are topics that I feel like I can get 70s or higher on if it appears on the exam.

Criminal Law:
Murder, Insanity defenses, Self defense, Larceny

Torts:
Battery, Assault, Negligence, and defenses to negligence

Professional Responsibility:
Client conflict of interests, and Duty of Confidentiality

Wills:
Will formation, and Omitted spouses

Remedies:
Compensatory damages in contract, Specific performance in contract, Preliminary injunction and TRO

Civil Procedure:
Personal Jurisdiction, Subject Matter Jurisdiction, and Venue

Contracts:
Feeling pretty damn good on all areas, expect third party assignments, delegations, and novations.

Real Property:
Adverse Possession, Real Convenants, Equitable Servitudes, and Defeasible Estates

Constitutional Law:
Commerce Clause, Dormant Commerce Clause, Supremacy Clause, 10th amendment, and Standing/Organizational Standing


Post some of the topics your confident in and feel good!

This list is actually not-- bad.

Maybe take out defeasible estates since that stuff is dumb and no one needs to know it, especially if there's RAP involved.

Replace with landlord tenant stuff if necessary.

I'm on board with your FED civ pro choices as well. If it's Cal Civ Pro, I'm just going to use fed rules, and maybe cut the deadlines in half (or double it) and call everything a "cross complaint."
