1L civil procedure flow chart

Post by cconnoll » Wed Oct 14, 2009 7:50 pm

I found this one online.

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/355809/Law- ... Flow-Chart

Does anyone have any other civ pro chart they would care to share with the community?

I feel lucky: my prof wrote the casebook and commercial outline for our civ pro class.

His outline sets up the course in a series of checklists or questions leading you to a different question.

Is anyone doing this for other classes? I feel like this is strictly a civ pro thing, but it makes thing so simple.

How does purposeful availment have anything to do with torts?

My professor gave us a decision tree for supplemental jurisdiction today, I found it hugely helpful. She just drew it up on the board, but I copied it down and made a digital version later. I didn't have the section symbol in the program I was using, so just pretend it's there. I hope I didn't screw anything up, let me know if you catch any mistakes!

ETA Ehh, sorry it's a little small, guys. I'll see if I can enlarge it a little.

ETA2 Hopefully that's a little better?
