Checking in! (Could be my last time on a TLS thread

)
Correctly read, would those graphs indicate that only 1 person got in off the waitlist each year. Brilliant.

Well, Im not reapplying.. I figure the last "check in" that could possibly happen would be "In at Stanford" right? And who are we kidding. Maybe the "XX Class of 2016" thread but thats not even in the kool kids forum.

Excellent.
Not to be "that guy", but does anyone know if visiting the campus could have any impact? At some schools, its highly recommended for waitlisted candidates. I would only take a day off work if it was really worth it though since its ~5-6 hour drive for me.

Maybe look through the past threads to see if you can find anything regarding this. Off the top of my head I haven't seen anything about it.

My guess is that if you can do it, then do it. It obviously can't hurt. If I was within a day's drive, I'd probably go.
Another question: is there any information on how big of a WL stanford keeps?

Hello all,
I have never posted on this website but I have been waiting for Stanford since December and it looks like my wait will only continue. Welcome to admissions purgatory I guess. Sigh

+1. As a consolation prize, I'm convincing myself that the LOCI got me onto the waitlist in the first place.

Not a waitlist-er, but wanna help out the community; from the
Stanford C/O 2016 Applicants thread, here is a link to an editable google docs spreadsheet (created by
MyNameIsFlynn!) intended for keeping track of the Class of 2016 waitlist:
Enjoy, y'all
(…btw, the url behind this link = https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmGgfYapohs5dGYxcG84SG9yWGtkU0w2RkMzclpldHc&usp=sharing.)
