Re: How high can I realistically reach?
Skimmed this thread because I was too lazy to read everything. So if anyone said this already, sorry for repeating it.
I think your reach is determined first and foremost by your LSAT. Depending on how high or low it is, your GPA has to be just that much higher to offset a lower LSAT or it could be a bit lower if you have a pretty high LSAT. Of course, it's always great to have a solid GPA. In your case, your 3.2 falls on the lower end of a lot of schools you may want to be reaching at. While your LSAT is at or above the 25th or median, your GPA is likely too low for them to cut their losses and admit you. Even if they do, you probably won't get any $$$ (also not an ideal scenario). I really, really think you will be much better served with a retake. I've seen some people here with similar or lower GPAs but higher LSATs get into T14 with $.
Keep at it, and good luck, OP!!

Bump it up all you like on your own, for dat hypotheticalgasm. Actually retake if you want to increase your admissions chances. And yes, what school you go to is still tied to career chances beyond logical separation.

Just go to mylsn.info and do it for yourself man. You can adjust it however you like, whenever you like.180orRetake wrote:Fiero85 wrote:

thanks for the link, boss. fortunately, i am not wasting ANYONE's time. everyone that responded did so entirely of their own volition. for whatever reason, they deemed it worth their time to respond - just want to make that clear..
why would so many current/prospective lawyers assume?

Kmart- i have read a few of your posts and you actually seem like a down to earth and helpful person. i am trying not to give you the smaug/anyriotgirl treatment, but you're testing my patience.

the reading comprehension skills (or lack thereof) that you demonstrated a page or two back.

im not trying to "show you" anything. you asked a specific question, i gave a specific question - that's all. if only more of you knew how to do that around here.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
