Just got my 165 from the October LSAT and it was MUCH less than I was expecting (I averaged a 170 in practice tests). So this is a two part question:
I'm debating retaking (it will be my third time) in December, sending out only apps to my safeties until I get my hopefully better score back. Good idea?
If I choose to apply as is, assuming good but not stellar softs and my URM status, what kind of schools do you think I'm realistically looking at? My tops are Georgetown and UCLA

Most URMs don't usually see acceptances until late, so there's no real reason not to take the December LSAT if you think you can improve.
Just wait until you get your results for the December LSAT and apply then.
