3.65/177
Greetings,
I was wondering what my chances of getting into HYS were considering my low gpa, and most importantly what considerations are given to multiple majors/honors. I am coming from a strong state school with honors degrees in: physics and engineering; and minors in: math, nanotechnology, chemistry and political science.

Apply early to H. You have an outside shot there since apps have declined so much. Zero shot at Y or S, though, as the chart shows.

Apply early at H. You will most likely be in at CCN on down. Money will be in play.

Hopefully they'll give you some consideration for a double major in Physics/Engineering. It's worth throwing an app out to Harvard as early as possible, and maybe maybe even to Stanford just so you don't have to ask yourself "what if" later on. Chances are pretty much nil at S/Y though.

I don't think your chances at Y and S are very high, but they're definitely greater than zero. This person got into S last year and I think there will be far fewer apps next fall: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/hart4heisman. This person got into Y last year: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/privryan, and this other person did a few cycles ago: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/smile.
You may be ok at H, especially considering that you're a science major. This will be more true if you only took the LSAT once because they're not as kind to retakers as other schools. Good luck!

It'll be tough, but you're certainly greater than zero at S. I was accepted this year with a 3.56 starting GPA and 170. By the time I was admitted, I had climbed to a 3.65. Your real chances depend on the specifics of your situation and how well you're able to package those into your application.
